These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the subscription-based trading signal service provided by Elite Wealth Strategies ("Service Provider") under the name "Trade Ideas." Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing to or using the Service. By subscribing to the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

 

Service Description
Elite Wealth Strategies provides a subscription-based trading signal service that offers trade ideas for cryptocurrency exchange, leverage, and NFT trading ("Trade Ideas"). These Trade Ideas are based on expert technical and fundamental analysis strategies. The Trade Ideas are shared via a Discord server chat room, where subscribers have the option to take the trade under the same or similar circumstances as the Traders. It is important to note that the Service Provider does not have control over the subscribers' funds or assets at any point.
 

Subscription Options
The Service offers three tiers of monthly subscriptions:

• Tier I: This tier is free and includes access to up to 3 trade ideas per month, monthly market updates via a newsletter, access to a single monthly mindset training, and entry to the Bronze Members community on Discord.

• Tier II: This tier is available for $39.99 per month and includes access to up to 10 trade ideas per month, bi-weekly market updates via a newsletter, weekly mindset/analysis/live trading webinars, and entry to the Silver Members community on Discord.

• Tier III: This tier is processed separately through blockchain transaction and offers additional perks and benefits.

 

​Subscription Fees

Subscription fees for Tier II amount to $39.99 per month, payable securely through our website's payment processing system. Subscription fees for Tier III are processed separately through blockchain transactions. All subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds will be given for unused subscription time if the subscription is canceled.

Eligibility and Requirements

The Service is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Minors may join with the consent of a legal guardian. No prior trading experience is required to subscribe to the Service.

Trade Signal Delivery
Trade Ideas will be communicated to subscribers via a Discord server chat room managed by Elite Wealth Strategies. It is the sole responsibility of subscribers to monitor the chat room and take appropriate action based on the Trade Ideas.

No Guarantee of Results and Risk Disclosure
Subscribers acknowledge and understand that trading involves inherent risks, including potential financial losses. The Service Provider does not provide any guarantee or warranty regarding the accuracy or effectiveness of the Trade Ideas. Subscribers are strongly advised to exercise their own judgment and discretion when acting on the Trade Ideas. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any losses incurred by subscribers as a result of their reliance on the Trade Ideas.

Indemnification
Subscribers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Service Provider harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of their use of the Service or their actions taken based on the Trade Ideas.

Termination and Suspension
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend a subscriber's access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these Terms or engaging in prohibited activities.

Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the Trade Ideas and any other content provided as part of the Service are owned by the Service Provider or licensed to the Service Provider. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Trade Ideas solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Subscribers are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or transmitting the Trade Ideas or any other content without prior written consent from the Service Provider.

Force Majeure
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption of the Service resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or technical disruptions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of Florida.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Elite Wealth Strategies and the subscriber regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
